Bio:

Emily Howard was named Executive Director of Economic Forum in December 2024 and is focused on creating connections, member retention and recruitment, curating programs and events, and building relationships in the community. Born and raised in Albuquerque, Emily is the Founder/President of Cheetah Strategy, where she provides strategic planning and brand consulting services. Her career spans over 25 years leading brand and business strategy for organizations like Visit Albuquerque and the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, where she served as Vice President. Emily also honed her expertise at renowned marketing agencies including McKee Wallwork, Esparza, and DDB Worldwide in Dallas.

Passionate about bringing ideas to life and fostering collaboration, Emily is a driving force in the Albuquerque community. She co-founded the “Start Bragging” movement to celebrate the city and co-hosts the “Positive Not Perfect” radio show on KKOB. Her commitment to her community extends to her service on various boards and other volunteer activities. A proud TCU alum and letter winner, Emily enjoys spending time with her family and staying active.
