Emma Tomingas-Hatch is the Graduate Coordinator for the Master of Public Policy Program. She has a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of New Mexico and an M.A. in Folklore from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Emma works part-time for the MPP and is available Monday-Friday, 9am-1pm.
